Paula LaDonna began her alternative healing and health training in 1978. She earned her certificate from the Kripalu Holistic Health Center in the Pennsylvania Pocono’s, where she studied for 2 years

Paula gained a wealth of education in natural health, including studies in:
. Internal Body Cleansing
. Yoga Instruction
. Natural Juice Fasting for Health
. Meditation
. Massage
. And various forms of body work  to increase stability and health 

She later  returned to her home in San Diego where she was certified in Deep Tissue Massage.  While in San Diego, she learned of the first body wrap body contouring procedure in the beauty/health industry.   It was then that she developed a passion for this highly effective body wrap procedure, which she uses to enhance people’s lives today.

Paula has been in the Oakland Bay Area since 1984, working in salons and offering seminars & demonstrations for a variety of corporate businesses and organizations.  Paula has a passion for helping people from all backgrounds to gain the knowledge and understanding of stress reduction and the simplicity of an effective Skin Care regime. Beauty & Health Cultivations supports those who want to change their appearance from the inside out.

With almost 30 years of experience, Paula wants nothing more than to pass on her knowledge to help others to be all that they can be. Paula has a God given gift of regeneration, faith and hope that will translate into a program that will bring your desired results, in the areas of massage, skincare, make-overs, and body contouring.
